It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay in our apartments book in advance. Reservations are considered firm only after availability of the apartment is checked and full payment, deposit or a credit card guarantee is received. Bookings made on our website or on the sites of our partners are effective after the debit of the booking fees. If payment is rejected, Lou Souleié may cancel the reservation.
We accept payments made by checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash (€). If payment is made by check, the client must show proof of ID. In the event that you cannot provide this document, we will be forced not to process your rental request.
Additional services are payable at the time of order.
In application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the client cannot refuse the holding of luggage if they refuse to pay.
In the case of modification or cancellation of a booking, all clients must notify 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the client will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation. No shows are considered to be effective taking-over of the apartment. Any rental started is due in full. Delays in arrival or early departures shall in no case give rise to a refund. We do not offer cancellation insurance, and advise you to buy one from your insurance company.
Anyone wishing to stay in our apartments must declare their identity as well as make known those of the people accompanying him or her.
Clients may not bring third parties into the apartment without the knowledge of the Lou Souleié team, except when special authorisation has been given by management. Similarly, the client cannot rent an apartment for a number of people greater than provided for by regulations in force.
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
The Lou Souleié team has the liberty not to accept clients whose behaviour is indecent and unkempt, is noisy, improper, under the influence of alcohol, or contrary to morality and public order.
The Lou Souleié team is available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 9-11 a.m. and from
6-8 p.m.
On arrival, unless prior arrangements are made, clients may not demand entry to the apartment before 3 p.m. At the end of your stay, the apartments must be vacated by
11 a.m.
The apartments are not accessible for persons with limited mobility.
An inventory list of furniture and objects present in the lodging is given to the client upon arrival. They must report any missing or damaged objects when entering the premises.
The tourist tax, in force within the municipality, is included in the price of the reservation.
Clients can keep the keys to the apartment throughout their stay. However, they must not be entrusted to a third party, and must be returned on the day of departure.
If lost, a fee of 50 € per key will be charged and 100 € for an access badge.
Cleaning is to be done by the client and garbage cans emptied throughout the stay. A cleaning package may be reserved.
At the end of the stay, the apartments must be vacated before 11 a.m. At the time of check-out, clients must return keys to a Lou Souleié team member. It is forbidden to take any object belonging to Lou Souleié. Staff must be notified if anything is taken inadvertently, and the items sent back, otherwise charges will apply.
Excessive noise, even during the day, is prohibited. Clients causing disorder or disturbances of any form whatsoever will be asked to leave the apartment right away, without a refund. For the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Clients must be careful not to slam doors or make noise in the common areas out of respect for the other residents in the building.
Conducting business within the apartments is strictly forbidden.
Children are under the sole responsibility of the client. Lou Souleié declines all responsibility for luggage or valuables.
Any damage or nuisance caused voluntarily or involuntarily shall be paid for by the person who booked the apartment.
For everyone’s safety and out of respect, it is strictly forbidden to smoke throughout the establishment. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 Nov. 2006 laying down the conditions of application of the ban on smoking in places designated for collective use, smoking in our establishments exposes you to an additional fee of € 90 or to prosecution in court. Any untimely tripping of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged € 150 to cover putting the fire safety system back into service.
It is forbidden to use gas or electric appliances other than those available in the apartments (ex. stove, coffee maker, etc.).
Clients must use the rented apartment with due diligence. In the event of a problem, the client will have to use their civil liability insurance. In case of degradation, Lou Souleié reserves the right to charge the client the cost of repair or replacement. The same is true for any infringement found after the departure of the client, where the amount will be charged to the client’s credit card.
If clients find a problem of wear and tear during their stay, it must quickly be reported to the Lou Souleié team so that a technician may intervene as soon as possible.
For the safety of persons and property, the common areas of our establishments may be under video monitoring (with recording). Only the cases provided by law, authorise making the images available.
Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be immediately communicated to a Lou Souleié team member.
Items left or abandoned may be sold according to the conditions provided for by the law of 31 March 1896. If a client requests the return of their affairs by parcel or mail, it will be sent obligatorily with tracking and insurance for valuable objects. Shipments will be made after the client pays for forwarding costs.
The property’s rules and regulations apply to all bookings. Any stay implies acceptance of the Lou Souleié special conditions and rules and regulations.
